In practical terms our objectives with Hope Center of Seattle are the following:

By offering an atmosphere of the love of God, trust, support, counseling, and education, we will be able to help individuals change their destructive lifestyle–help them have a New Beginning and live a victorious life.

It is our desire to offer a place of refuge for those who are tired of the detrimental, unhealthy lifestyle they have been living. A place for individuals to be refreshed, cleansed, and restored back to their Heavenly Father. This may start just by having a cup of coffee and a sandwich, watching a video, reading a book, or listening to encouraging music. Or it may occur by giving godly counsel in regards to sexually transmitted diseases or illicit sexual behavior. It might occur through a bible study or a teaching on making right choices. Maybe it happens by helping someone to obtain housing.

As we minister on the streets of Seattle we meet many individuals who at one time were serving God but have walked away. Hope Center of Seattle will be a place where these individuals can come back to God. We are committed to help them be trained in such a manner that they have Jesus as a solid rock in their life so that they do not fall back into drugs, alcohol, prostitution, homosexuality, promiscuity, homelessness, gangs, stealing, etc. To accomplish this, individuals who desire to grow in their Christian walk will be connected with a cell group and enrolled in the School of Leaders Discipleship Program of our G12 Cell Vision.

Hope Center of Seattle is intentionally located in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood. Our objective is to physically have a godly presence established on Capitol Hill. Capitol Hill is known for its atmosphere of sin and rebellion. It is a gathering place for those who who struggle with homelessness, mental illness, drugs, alcohol, and sexual addiction. However, Hope Center of Seattle will be a gathering place for those who may chose to have a New Beginning. It will be a lighthouse on Capitol Hill. We believe HCS presence will literally help change the spiritual and atmosphere of Capitol Hill. It will be a reservoir of hope. A place where living waters flow out to those who are spiritually thirsty.

We believe that a New Beginning starts when an individual is willing to take the first two steps of the twelve steps of AA:
